With a master’s degree in Social Work and over a decade of experience in direct social services, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals and communities during their most critical moments. From crisis intervention to transformational support, I’ve seen the power of resilience, purpose, and aligned action.

My journey then led me into the world of management consulting with a Big Four firm, where I partnered with leaders across industries to drive organizational growth, operational clarity, and strategic transformation. That unique blend of heart and strategy shapes how I serve today.

The B.E.S.T Story

I grew up on a small farm in Monticello, Florida, raised by a hard-working farmer father and a numbers-savvy accountant mother. From them, I learned the value of discipline, integrity, and service and have carried these principles through every season of my life. After graduating with honors from North Florida Christian School in Tallahassee, Florida, I received a full-ride scholarship to Florida State University, where I earned my formal education in Social Work with a focus on social policy and leadership. I knew from an early age that my purpose was rooted in making a difference by bringing hope and transformation to individuals and communities in need.

My early career was grounded in direct social services, working in areas such as child welfare, substance abuse, mental health, public health, and domestic violence. These experiences shaped my understanding of crisis, resilience, and the systems working to help those most vulnerable. After a decade of boots on the ground work, God led me into the for-profit sector. Specifically, into the world of Big Four management consulting. There, I specialized in Health and Human Services, serving as a subject matter expert on large-scale IT modernization projects and organizational planning related to child welfare, homelessness, substance abuse and mental health, public health and emergency management. This chapter sharpened my technical acumen, strategic planning expertise, and leadership capacity while expanding my ability to drive impact at scale.

I live and lead by the principle found in Matthew 20:26–28:

“Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Today, my purpose remains the same but the platform has grown. I serve individuals, teams, and large organizations as they navigate complexity, change, and growth.
